2. What data we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data: email address, hashed password, and account preferences.
- Trade data: trades you log manually or sync via MT5, including instrument, price, volume, date and any notes or tags you add.
- Usage data: which features you use, session duration, and error logs — used to improve the platform.
- Payment data: processed via our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information, collected automatically when you use the platform.
3. How we use your data
We use your data exclusively for:
- Providing and improving the Azuro Vision platform.
- Generating AI Trading Coach analyses based on your trade journal.
- Processing your subscription and payments.
- Sending essential service communications (e.g. password resets, billing).
- Security and fraud prevention.
We do not use your trade data to train AI models or share it with any third party for analytical purposes.
4. Data storage & security
Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Third parties
We share data with the following categories of third-party processors, under strict data processing agreements:
- Payment processors — to handle subscription billing.
- Cloud infrastructure providers — to host the platform.
- Error tracking services — to monitor and fix platform issues.
We never sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
