Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Azuro Vision platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. The service

Azuro Vision provides a trading analytics dashboard, trade journal, and AI coaching tools. The platform is provided "as is" and we may update, modify or discontinue features at any time.

Live market data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any market data displayed on the platform.

3. Account & access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

4. Subscription & payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape or extract data from the platform without permission.
• Use the platform to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or security.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Azuro Vision is an informational tool only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment or trading advice. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azuro Vision B.V. is not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Planned and unplanned downtime may occur.

7. Intellectual property

All platform content, design, code and branding is the intellectual property of Azuro Vision B.V. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Your trade data and journal content remain your property. By using the platform you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice and without refund.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
